About Month After Announcement Of
About a month after the announcement of passing into the university, I was asked to choose among 4 departments: Department of Biological sciences (School of science), Department ofNow that I am here, I know that the difference only lies in your ID card which has your department written on it. Other than that, there's no difference until you are in your 3rd semester I guess? Well anyway it doesn't matter now for me at least anyway.
Also, after that, we had to confirm if we want to stay at the dorms or not, they automatically book a room so there's no need to worry. The dorm is also pretty nice, we also have a small kitchen and unit bathroom all in each room.
Around one month before I departed for Japan, I had to do the visa processing at the Japanese embassy in Jakarta. It took about a week until my visa was out and everything was done. Oh and for MEXT scholars: you have to go to the 2nd floor of the embassy (the library) and tell the officer that you're a MEXT scholar and they will check all your stuff before you are ready to go to the documents processing lockets.
